  1. I did mine half and half....but am down to adding the second row/circle...only I need to go back and re-do it, it is not right...UGH! So will try again today. Hopefully will have it done in time to send off Tuesday since mail won't run on Monday.

This was definitely a challenge! I hope to also post my tutorial for June in the next day or two.

If anyone has any tips on adding that second row, please let me know!

  2. ok I finished the whole thing....I must be blind but the trick for me is when I finally saw on the tutorial that if they are attached correctly, the hexagons have a flat side on one then the next one needs to have the pointy part down, then the next one flat and so on, so then it fits nicely together like puzzle. I had to undo some to make them alternate in the right direction, after that it was a snap...the other tip is to leave that 1/4 inch at each end of the straight seam on each hexagon b/c that becomes the means of bringing them together with no or less puckering, as your goal is to line up each edge from corner to corner which you can not access unless you have that allowance left at each end (corners). Hope this helps for any who have not finished....though I am probably the tail end. My flower will be posted soon and will send off on Tuesday. And then will put on the tutorial and pic for my block for the month of June.
